The X14SAE/X14SAE-F motherboard supports one serial communication connection. The
COM header can be used for input/output. The UART supports speeds with a baud rate of
115.2 Kbps, 57.6 Kbps, 38.4 Kbps, 19.2 Kbps, and 9.6 Kbps.
