13-6 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
MAGNETO ROTOR AND STATOR REASSEMBLY
• Install the key onto the crankshaft.
• Install the magneto rotor.
• Hold the conrod with the special tool.
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER “1322” to the nut and tighten
the nut to the specified torque.

99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1322”
Magneto rotor nut: 35 N·m (3.5 kgf-m, 25.5 lb-ft)
• Align the line on the stator with triangle mark on the crank-
case.
• Install the magneto cover.
• Reassemble the piston and cylinder. (6-8 and -10)
