CYLINDER, PISTON AND EXHAUST VALVE 6-11
• Install the new O-rings onto the cylinder.
• Install the cylinder head.
• Tighten the cylinder head nuts to the specified torque accord-
ing to the specified tightening order as shown.
Cylinder head nut: 28 N·m (2.8 kgf-m, 20.5 lb-ft)
• Reassemble the exhaust pipe. (5-6)
• Reassemble the spark plug and spark plug cap.
• Connect the radiator hose and tighten the hose clamp.
• Pour engine coolant. (12-3)
• Inspect engine coolant leak.
