Check the condion and ghtness of the spindle belts once a month, when the
lubricaon maintenance is done.


Open the cover below the machine.
Test the belt tension by hand.
If the belt seems to have excessive slack, adjust the tension by the servo motor mounng
pedestal adjustment screws (1).

The belt must be able to twist approximately 10°... 15° (take a firm grip from the belt and
twist it with your fingers, the belt is too tight if it does not allow to twist!).
