7. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
To keep the equipment in perfect working order and forestall possible problems it is necessary to
carry out the scheduled maintenance operations described below.
The operations can be classified according to the type of service and to the operators who must carry
them out:
ORDINARY maintenance to be carried
out during preventive maintenance.
EXTRAORDINARY maintenance
ORDINARY maintenance operations: can be
performed by the equipment owner. They do
not require any special technical knowledge
and only consist of simple operations intended
to comply with general hygiene rules.
The ORDINARY maintenance operations must
be carried out even by the Technogym
technician during programmed maintenance.
EXTRAORDINARY
maintenance operations:
have to be performed by a Qualified
Technician specially trained by Technogym
on the specific equipment
. They must be able
to carry out start up, maintenance and repair,
and must check the operation and wear of
mechanical parts in order to ensure the correct
and safe operation of the equipment.

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE:
No special technical specialization is required.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE:
Carried out ONLY by the Qualified technician,
authorized by Technogym and in accordance
with the maintenance scheduled in preventive
maintenance contract.
