5.3.2. DISASSEMBLING THE LEG PRESS EASY START LEVER

1. Remove the snap rings from the pin (a).
2. Remove the snap rings from the pins (b),
releasing and removing the lever (c).

3. Unscrew the screw (d) using a 4mm
hexagonal key and remove the pin from the
opposite side, thus releasing the lever (e).
4. Remove the snap rings from the pin (f) and
disassemble it if necessary to remove the
easy start lever (g).
To reassemble the easy start lever, carry out the
above steps in reverse order.

During reassembly of the pin removed in
step (3) of the procedure, on the right
hand side of the equipment, ta
ke care to
insert the pin from its notched end,
matching it up with its seat in the easy
start lever frame.
