2. Remove the footboard

1. Perform all the necessary steps described in the paragraph “6.2.6.3 Disassembling the
kneepads”

2. Remove the self-locking
nut [14a] and the spacer.
(TOOL: ratchet with 17
mm hexagonal socket).
During the reassembly
procedure tighten the
nut. (TOOL: torque
wrench- tightening tor-
ques: 40 Nm [29,5 lbf-
ft]).
