9.1 NECESSARY TOOLS
The tools required to carry out all the disassembling, adjustment and maintenance opera-
tions on the equipment are given in the TG SERVICE TOOLS BOX LIST, available on TG
DIRECT and during the training course on the e-learning platform.
Hexagon key wrench (4 mm- 5 mm-8 mm);
Ratchet with hexagonal bit (8 mm);
Socket wrench for ring nuts ( M25);
Flat screwdriver;
Open end wrench (17 mm- 2x 19 mm);
Torque wrench (tightening torque of 17 Nm );
Grease;
Adjustable self-locking pliers;
Puller;
Medium strength threadlocker;
Rubber hammer;
Magnet;
Drill;
Drill bit (4 mm- 6.5 mm- 8.5 mm);
Simple thread designation: M10;
Ladder
Protective cloth.
