8. PROCEDURES FOR DISASSEMBLY-
REASSEMBLY AND REPLACEMENT OF
COMPONENTS- MNMC (LEG EXTENSION/CURL)
8.1 NECESSARY TOOLS
The tools required to carry out all the disassembling, adjustment and maintenance opera-
tions on the equipment are given in the TG SERVICE TOOLS BOX LIST, available on TG
DIRECT and during the training course on the e-learning platform.
Hexagon key wrench (3 mm- 4 mm- 5 mm- 6 mm- 8 mm- 17 mm);
Hook wrench with square nose;
Socket wrench for ring nuts (M25);
Small/Medium-sized Phillips screwdriver;
Flat screwdriver;
Open end wrench (13 mm- 2x17 mm- 24 mm);
Torque wrench (tightening torque of 0.5 Nm);
Grease;
Adjustable self-locking pliers;
Circlip pliers;
Puller;
Medium strength threadlocker;
Rubber hammer
