3. Move the cross up and down, making sure to distribute the oil evenly along the full length of
the bars.
4. Dry excess oil from the bushings with a dry cloth.
5.7 EQUIPMENT TESTING AFTER THE
INTERVENTION OF TECHNICAL SERVICE
After a technical service intervention, the technician MUST check - in the same conditions in which
the customer discovered the problem - that the fault has been resolved.
The technician MUST perform the following tests:
• Select the maximum weight and stress the cable to check if the grub screws hold the ca-
bles;
• Select a maximum of 5-10 Kg and check the uidity of the equipment;
• Make sure that the machine regulations do not have play and reach their correct positions,
without play.
It’s also necessary to perform the following checks:
• Check the presence / the state of wear of warning labels. Check if the warning labels are
readable;
• If the equipment must be xed to wall / ground / ceiling or together with other machines:
check that the equipment is actually xed.
