7.1 NECESSARY TOOLS
The tools required to carry out all the disassembling, adjustment and maintenance opera-
tions on the equipment are given in the TG SERVICE TOOLS BOX LIST, available on TG
DIRECT and during the training course on the e-learning platform.
Hexagon key wrench (4 mm- 5 mm- 6 mm- 7 mm- 8 mm);
Ratchet with hexagonal bit (4 mm- 8 mm- 13 mm);
Ratchet with hexagonal socket (13 mm- 17 mm);
Hook wrench with square nose;
Socket wrench for ring nuts (M25);
Small/Medium-sized Phillips screwdriver;
Flat screwdriver;
Open end wrench (13 mm- 17 mm- 22 mm- 24 mm- 27 mm- 30 mm);
Bits for Torx T25 head screws;
Torque wrench (tightening torque of 0.5 Nm- 17 Nm- 20 Nm- 40 Nm);
Marker;
Grease;
Glue;
Adjustable self-locking pliers;
Puller;
Medium strength threadlocker;
