1 Trial run
1.1 Before Trial run
When TP03 installing and wiring finished, check the following points before Power ON.

Check installation condition
● Is the TP02 expansion module wired in the end?
● Is the product type right?
● Is the TP03 installed on vertical surface of control panel?
● Whether each module is fixed securely
● Whether there is sufficient space for dissipation

Check power lines, input/output
lines and communication lines
● Whether the wiring is correct?(Power, input/output lines)
● Whether the screw in the terminal block is loosing?
● Whether the cable AWG is proper?
● Are power lines twisted?
● Whether input/output lines run parallel or close to high
voltage /high current lines?
● Are output lines equipped with protection fuses?
● Are shielded twisted pair cables used for communication
lines？

Check expansion cables and
termination connector
● Is number of expansion cables (number of expansion
modules) used appropriate?
● Are more than two 40CM strand cables used?
● Is a termination connector installed on the last expansion
module?

Check the grounding line
● Whether Class-3 grounding is correctly grounded?
● Whether the grounding is not connected together with high
voltage board?

Check the voltage of power
supply
● Whether the power source is correct (AC or DC)?
● Whether the polarity of power is correct (AC: L / N, DC:
+/-)?
● whether source voltage is within rated voltage (AC:
85~250V, DC: 21.6~26.4V)?

Check the operation condition of
the pause output circuit
● Whether there is proper safety external protection circuit
for PLC?
