1.2 Trial run step
1 Write program
Run PDA06/PC06 to design program on PDA/PC including
Setting system memory (D8321)
Design program
Save the designed program
2 Link PDA/PC with PLC
3 Supply power
Whether the POWER indicator is ON?
Whether the RUN indicator is lit. Please switch the
RUN/STOP to STOP.
Whether the BAT indicator is ON? Not ON is right.
Whether the ERR indicator is ON? Not ON is right.
If either BAT or ERR indicator is on, please refer to
troubleshooting.

All initialize
With PDA/PC to initialize TP03 and write program to it.

Check the wiring to I/O
Check the input wiring with input indicator or the monitoring
device?
Check the output port wiring by forcing set/reset of the
output relay with auxiliary device.

Trial run
Check whether the Run indicator is ON?

Modify the program
Modify the program online, if it is not proper.

Save the program
Save the program in PC other device can store it. Record type
of PLC, program capacity, facility name and date.
Printout the program.
