4. At the Flow Sensor Cal screen, press to select Zero.
The Calibrate Flow Zero screen appears.
5. Wait at least 10 seconds for the zero reading to stabilize, then press
to save the zero flow value.
6. Reconnect the pump cable to the AC PUMP connector on the
measurement interface board.
7. Connect a calibrated flow sensor at the SAMPLE bulkhead on the rear
panel.
8. Press to return to the Flow Sensor Cal screen.
9. At the Flow Sensor Cal screen, press to select Span.
The Calibrate Flow Span screen appears.
10. Wait at least 10 seconds for the reading to stabilize, use
and to enter the flow sensor reading, and press to
save the value.
11. Install the cover.
Capillary Cleaning or
Replacement
Use the following procedure to clean or replace the capillary (Figure 7-13).
Equipment Required:
Capillary
Capillary cleaning wire (smaller than 0.015-inch)
Equipment Damage Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
