Configure the ingress-rate as 10Mbps and egress-rate as 1Mbps for port5:
TP-LINK(config)# interface Ethernet 5

The port rate-limit disable ingress command is used to disable the
ingress-rate limit.
Syntax
port rate-limit disable ingress

Example
Disable the ingress-rate limit for port5:
TP-LINK(config)# interface Ethernet 5
