58 Programmable keys
Programmable keys
The phone features a range of functions that can, if required, be stored on pro-
grammable keys. The phone comes with three programmable keys, all of which
can be programmed on two separate levels.
You should assign the "Shift" function to one of these keys to be able to switch
between the two key levels. The other possibility to access the second level
function is by long pressing the key (5 seconds).
The keys are preassigned in the as-delivered state (see page 18).
The kez can be programmed on the phone page 59.
The keys can also be programmed via the WEB interface ( page 143).
List of available functions
Previously, you had to have a separate Shift key programmed to access a
function on the second level. On the OpenScape Desk Phone CP100, this
means that one of three programmable keys can not be used by the user.
With this new feature, it is no longer necessary to program a "Shift key" on
the OpenScape Desk Phone CP100.
