Consult
When you are on a call, you can press the idle BLF key to transfer your current
call on hold and consult the phone number configured under the BLF key:
Press the BLF Key.
BLF phone number is consulted.
You can return to the original call by pressing End and reconnect.

Transfer
When you are on a call, you can press the idle BLF key to transfer your current
call to the phone number configured under the BLF key:
Press the BLF Key.
BLF phone number is consulted.
Press the BLF Key again.
The call is transfered to the phone number configured under the BLF key.

Group pickup
When you are on a call and a group call is alerting, you can press the BLF key
to pick up the group call:
Press the BLF Key.
The group call is now shown on the display with
Pickup: Caller
for: Party

RingCentral Group pickup
Ring Central group pickup concept is similar to the aforementioned group pickup
feature, but there is one significant difference, i.e. user/extension can be a mem-
ber of more than one groups and each of them can be configured per specific
key.
Prerequisite: The RingCentral group pickup has been configured by your ad-
ministrator on BLF programmable keys, WBM or RingCentral provisioning file.
Press the BLF Key.
The group call is now shown on the display with
Pickup: Caller
for: Party
