PROGRAMMING UCDS
Before programming a UCD, determine how you want the system to process calls in the queue and if you will use
RADs for overflow conditions (see
“Controlling Overflow and Reroute Situations” on page 343).
PROGRAMMING UCDS VIA PC-DBA
From the PC-DBA main screen:
1) Go to ProgrammingXExtension ApplicationXUniform Call Distribution to display the Extension
Application—UCD: Parameters screen.
