Connection
Single installation
Figure shows a single engine installation with Y-split
cable and equipment.
Connect the Y-split socket to HCU X5 connector.
NOTE! In a single installation an EVC display or
equipment such as an NMEA interface or a multisen-
sor can be connected on either the MULTILINK or
the MULTILINK BREAKOUT connector.
IMPORTANT! A MULTILINK BREAKOUT con-
nection should never be left open (not connect-
ed). In such a case, disconnect the Y-split cable.
