REP 5.28 DADF Pickup Rollers (4265)

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Power off the machine. Disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the DADF Pickup Assembly (REP 5.15).
3. Remove the lower roller (Figure 1).

4. Prepare to remove the upper roller (Figure 2).

5. Remove the upper pickup roller from the machine.

Remove the e-clip from the
roller shaft.

Remove the belt from the lower
roller, and remove the lower roller.

Disengage the lower roller by pull-
ing it out of the notches in the
Pickup Assembly.

Disengage the retaining
clip from the shaft.

Push the shaft to the left to provide
enough room to remove the upper
