5-3-4-2 Starting Measurement
Procedure
Operate the valves by the following procedure to apply the differential pressure of the
process to the transmitter and display the measured value by operating the SFC.
How to apply process pressure
Zero-point adjustment during measurement
Refer to "5-9 : Zero-span Adjustment with Input Pressure Equivalent to Range" to
adjust the zero point during measurement.
Step Description
1 Make sure that the 3-way manifold valve is in this state:
1. High-pressure side stop valve: Fully closed
2. Low-pressure side stop valve: Fully closed
3. Equalizer valve: Fully closed
2 Fill the liquid sealing pipe with sealing liquid.
3 1. Gradually open the high-pressure side stop valve.
2. Gradually open the low-pressure side stop valve.
