Enabling or Disabling Live Broadcast on CTP20
The moderator can enable the live broadcast for the conference. Users who watch the live broadcast can scan the live
QR code directly without having to join the conference. If you do not want the meeting to be viewed by people other
than the participants, you can disable the live broadcast for the conference.
Before you begin
The conference organizer should enable the RTMP live feature when scheduling a conference.
Procedure
1.
In the Conference Control page, tap Participant.
2.
Tap Open RTMP.
The screen displays the live broadcast with the live broadcast time and the live QR code.
3.
If no live broadcast is required, tap RTMP is active and select Stop RTMP.
Tip: During the live broadcast, tap RTMP is active to display the QR code again.

participant join or leave the conference.

Procedure
1.
On your remote control, press OK key to open Talk Menu during a call.
2.
Select Message List.

On your CP960, tap More > Message List during a conference.
Leaving the Conference
When some conference participants leave the conference by the remote control/video conferencing phone at any time,
other participants keep going.
