For VC200 video conferencing endpoint: on your remote control, navigate to More > File Manager > Local
Storage/USB flash driver > Screenshot.

Select a desired screenshot, select , and then press OK key.
The monitor prompts whether or not you are sure to delete.

Viewing Local Recorded Videos
Procedure
1.
On your remote control, go to More > Recording > Video.
For VC200 video conferencing endpoint: on your remote control, go to More > File Manager > Local Storage/
USB flash driver > Video.

Select a desired video, and then press OK key or select to play video.

Do one of the following:
•
Select and press OK key to pause, and select to resume playing.
•
Select and press OK key to skip forward. For VC880/VC800/VC500/PVT980/PVT950, press once to skip
forward 4 seconds, for VC200 press once to skip forward 6 seconds.
•
Select and press OK key to rewind. For VC880/VC800/VC500/PVT980/PVT950, press once to rewind 4
seconds, for VC200 press once to rewind 6 seconds.
• Press the volume key to adjust the speakerphone volume.
•
Select or tap on the remote control to stop playing.
Note: If you receive an incoming call while you are playing video, the system will stop playing the video
automatically.
Deleting Local Recorded Videos
You can delete the recorded videos to free up the storage space.
Procedure
1.
On your remote control, go to More > Recording > Video.
