Recording Server Videos by CP960
Before you begin
You are the initiator of a Meet Now conference or a participant who is given permission to record.
Procedure

On your CP960, tap to start recording.
2.
Select Server recording.
3.
Tap to stop recording.
Recording Server Videos by CTP20
Procedure
1.
On your CTP20, press to start recording.
2.
Select Server recording.
3.
Tap to stop recording.
Taking Screenshots
You can capture the screenshot on the device. The screenshots are saved as .jpg files and named as the captured time
and date.
About this task
You can use the remote control or CTP20 to capture screenshots when the system is idle. You can use the remote
control, CTP20, or CP960 to capture screenshots when the system is during a call. For VC880/VC800/VC500/
PVT980/PVT950/VC200, you can save screenshots in the USB flash drive connected to the codec, VCH50, or wired
CTP20. For VC200, you can also save screenshots to the local storage. Your system should meet the following
requirements:
For VC880/VC800/VC500/PVT980/PVT950, make sure the administrator has enabled USB and screenshots
features.
