2.5 Setting the Date/Time
The date/time can be set.
Procedure
1. Hold down the
MENU
key for 3 seconds to enter Setting mode.
2. Carry out the procedure shown in the figure below.
Press the
or key to select the value.

If you press the key, the operation is cancelled, and the display returns to a
higher level menu.
Sets the hour, minute, and second.
Set the year, month, and day.
The settings are activated.
Select “CLOCK.”

3. If you are done, press the key.
4. Hold down the
MENU
key for 3 seconds to return to Operation mode.
Explanation
Date/Time
Set the lower two digits of the year.
Values in the range 80 and 99 correspond to 1980 to 1999.
Note
When setting the date/time, the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second are displayed in the
order shown above regardless of the printout/display format of the date (see section 4.14).
