3.3 Setting the Moving Average (Dot Model)
The moving average function can be set on the measurement channels on the dot
model.
Procedure
1. Hold down the
MENU
key for 3 seconds to enter Setting mode.
2. Carry out the procedure shown in the figure below.
Press the or key to select the value.
If you press the
key, the operation is cancelled, and the display returns to a
higher level menu.
Select the channel number.
Select “M_AVE.”
Select the number of samples of the
moving average.
The settings are activated.
Select the “AUX.”
(AUX)
(M_AVE)
(CH1)
(OFF)
(OK)

3. Press the key to set other channels.
If you are done, press the key.
4. Hold down the
MENU
key for 3 seconds to return to Operation mode.
Explanation
Number of Samples of Moving Average
The number of samples can be set to an integer between 2 and 16. Select OFF when
not using the moving average function.
