Procedures: Print Engine
Step 3. Remove the spring, lift, pulley, and dowel.
Ribbon Sensor
Step 1. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the two screws holding the Ribbon Sensor
Assembly (sensor housing and sensor) in the Printhead Housing Assembly.
