Replacing the auxiliary cooling fan of frame R3, IP55 (UL Type 12) and
+C135 IP21 (UL Type 1)
WARNING!
Obey the safety instructions of the drive. If you ignore them, injury or
death, or damage to the equipment can occur.
1. Stop the drive and do the steps in section Electrical safety
precautions (page 20) before you start the work.
2. Remove the front cover (see Connection procedure (page 102)).
3. Release the retaining clips.
4. Lift the fan off.
5. Unplug fan power supply wires.
6. Install the new fan in reverse order.
Note: Make sure that the arrow on the fan points down.
