This chapter contains instructions on the wiring of the drive.
Safety
WARNING!
If you are not a qualified electrical professional, do not do installation or
maintenance work. Obey the safety instructions of the drive. If you ignore
them, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can occur.
Required tools
To do the electrical installation, you need these tools:
• wire stripper
• screwdriver set (Torx, flat and/or Phillips, as appropriate)
• torque wrench.
Grounding the motor cable shield at the motor end
For minimum radio-frequency interference, ground the cable shield 360 degrees
at the cable entry of the motor terminal box.
