Replacing the second internal auxiliary cooling fan, IP55 (UL Type 12)
frame R8
1. Stop the drive and do the steps in section Electrical safety
precautions (page 20) before you start the work.
2. Remove the IP55 front cover, disconnect the power supply wire of the auxiliary
cooling fan in the cover (see section Replacing the auxiliary cooling fan the
IP55 (UL Type 12) cover, frame R8).
3. Release the retaining clips.
4. Lift the fan off.
5. Unplug the power supply wire from the branching plug.
6. Install the new fan in reverse order. Make sure that the arrow on the fan points
out.
7. Replace the front cover.
