￭ Replacing the IP54 (UL type 12) roof fan of frames R6 to R8
WARNING!
Obey the safety instructions of the drive. If you ignore them, injury or death,
or damage to the equipment can occur.
1.
Stop the drive and do the steps in section Electrical safety precautions (page 18) before
you start the work.
2. Lift the front grating upwards and remove it.
3. Loosen the fastening screws of the front plate. Remove the plate.
4. Disconnect the fan supply wires.
5. Loosen the mounting screws of the fan.
6. Pull the fan out.
7. Install the new fan in reverse order.

