Turn off all electric power,
hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots:
Do not turn off the air pressure
to motors and SMB.
6. Drain the oil from gearbox axis

7. Loosen the cable connectors
from the base and pull up the
cabling from the base, through
the hole in the center of the
frame.

8. Remove the motor, axis 1. Detailed in section Replacement of motor, axis 1 on

9. Remove the calibration plate
from the bottom of the frame.
