This sets the current position of the conveyor to zero. The value is shown
as CNV value in the Position part of the FlexPendant Jogging window.
3 Rotate the conveyor belt approximately 180 degrees.
4 In the FlexPendant Jogging window, read the position of the conveyor. This
is position1.
5 Measure the physical radians between the two marks. This is the value
measured_radians.
6 Calculate Counts Per Meter using the read and measured values.
For example: 30000/0.5 = 60000
7 In RobotStudio, click Configuration and select topic Process and type
Conveyor Ici.
8 Edit the unit ICIx (where x is the number of the conveyor) and update the
value for parameter Counts Per Meter.
9 Tap OK.
10 Restart the controller.
