Instrument Software Updates
System Update Procedure for
Software/Firmware
The Software/Firmware upgrade kit for the
OsmoPRO (P/N 112204) will contain specific
instructions for installation (Please refer to
the instructions provided in the kit).
The following information offers a general
overview of the update process.
Installing the Firmware Update on the
OsmoPRO Instrument
To install the firmware update on the
OsmoPRO follow the instructions listed
below:
1. Power on the OsmoPRO instrument.
2. Upon power up, the Main screen is
displayed.
3. Press MENU which will display
more options.
4. Press SETTINGS which will display
the Settings menu.
5. Press SERVICE which will display
the Select User screen.
6. Select the user Admin from the drop
down or any other user with
Supervisor access level which will
display the Enter password screen.
7. Using the keyboard enter the correct
password for the selected user and
then press Enter.
Note: If the default user Admin is
selected, then the default password is
password).
