17. Wait 30 seconds then power the
instrument ON.
18. Upon power up, verify that the
newly installed revision of
Firmware is printed (Firmware
version: 1.4).
19. On the Main screen press
Assistance which will display the
Information screen.
20. Press the Revisions tab which will
display the instrument’s revision
information.
21. Verify that the Firmware rev is dis
played as Firmware rev: 1.4.
22. Press OK.
(Please note that after installing the
Firmware update the instrument requires
calibration)
23. Re-calibrate the OsmoPRO.
Press MENU > CALIBRATION; follow the
on-screen instructions and calibration proce-
dure detailed in the User Guide to complete
the Firmware update process.
Installing the Software Update on the
OsmoPRO Instrument
The instructions for installing a software
update on the OsmoPRO are the same as the
directions provided for the firmware update;
the only
difference in the process is in step
nine.
NOTE: In order to complete the soft-
ware update, the user must select
Display Board (not Control Board) on
the SERVICE Screen after inserting the
USB that contains the OsmoPRO update
files into the USB port.
