Description
This hardkey lets you set a value for the frequency span in the center
frequency/frequency span mo de of swept frequency op eration. Press

, and use the entry area to enter the desired value. The swept
signal generator sweeps from one half the span b elow to one half
above the center frequency.
Certain center frequency and frequency span combinations cause the
swept signal generator to limit the value entered. In general, any
combination that causes the swept signal generator to exceed its
minimum or maximum sp ecied frequency is limited.

be separated by at least 2 Hz in order to remain in the frequency
sweep mo de. If start=stop frequency then the zero span mo de is
entered.
