This command initiates your signal generator to sweep in a
different manner, according to the sweep trigger or point
trigger settings:
If the sweep trigger and point trigger are set to
IMMediate
, sending the command
“:SWEep:AMPLitude:STATe ON”
initiates an amplitude sweep immediately:
If either the sweep trigger or point trigger is set to KEY,
sending the command “:SWEep:AMPLitude:STATe
ON”
arms an amplitude sweep.
Sending command
“:TRIGger IMMediate”
initiates the amplitude sweep.
If either the sweep trigger or point trigger is set to EXT,
sending the commands “:SWEep:AMPLitude:STATe
ON”
