Collecting and Reviewing Data
The Dynamix 2500 data collector lets you to collect a list of measurement
definitions, data for points in a list (route) and for unscheduled data (points not
defined in a route). Once you collect your data, you can review the data on the
screen or save it to a storage card. You can then unload the data from the route
into the Emonitor database for storage and analysis.
Preparing for Data
Collection
There are several things you should do before you start collecting data with the
Dynamix 2500 data collector, assuming you have already loaded at least one list
(route) into the data collector. This section discusses connecting the transducer
and setting up the data collector options.
1. Make sure you have a fully charged battery pack.

2. Check the date and time on the data collector.

3. Connect the transducer to the Dynamix 2500 data collector.
