Inverter Assembly Component Replacement Procedures Chapter 3
7. Install the Gate Interface Board:
a. Install the Gate Interface Board using the four nuts removed previously.
Torque screws to 1.6 N•m (14 lb•in).
b. Install the supplied Gate Interconnect Harness.
c. Connect wiring between the IGBT and Gate Interface Board as shown
in Gate Interface Board on page 60
.
d. Connect wires to the Current Transducer.
8. Reinstall the three IGBT Snubber Capacitors in the reverse order of
Remove all IGBT Snubber components (3 sets): on page 30
.
Torque nuts to 5.6 N•m (50 lb•in).
9. Install the Current Transducer, AC Output Busbar, and Output Busbar
according to Install Components on page 63
.
10. If you removed the Main Control Panel and Stacking Panel to replace the
lower IGBT module, replace the panels in this order:
a. Stacking Panel (Inverter Assembly) on page 26
.
b. Main Control Panel (Inverter Assembly) on page 24
.
11. Replace all safety shields and enclosure covers before applying power to the
drive.
