screed heatIng program
In the menu “Service”, select and activate the menu
eld “Screed heating”…
The screen changes to the menu “Service Screed heat-
ing”…
NOTICE
Set temperature values are ow temperature values.
The heat pump is controlled via the return sensor.
The program recalculates the corresponding spread
for each temperature change. A minor deviation
from the set temperature value is therefore possible.
NOTICE
In the case of output-controlled heat pumps the un-
deroor heating program is controlled according
to the ow, not via the return. The output is always
adjusted so that the required ow temperature is
reached
NOTICE
Values of the factory setting correspond to the
specications of some screed manufacturers, but
can be changed on site.
ATTENTION
Always check values of the factory setting or de-
sired values in respect to whether they correspond
to the manufacturer specications for the screed
which is to be heated.
settIng temperatures and tIme Intervals
In the menu “Service screed heating” select and acti-
vate table eld „Flow1” (= ow temperature level 1)…
The relevant temperature entry eld assumes a dark
background. Set the desired temperature and nish
entry…
Activate and select the entry eld “Time” in the table
line “Flow1”…
The entry eld for the time which is to last “Flow1” as-
sumes a dark background. Set the desired duration and
nish entry…
Procedure – repeat for the table lines „Flow2“ to
„Flow10“…
NOTICE
If less than ten levels are required for heating the
screed, set the time interval to “0h” for all levels not
required.
ATTENTION
Do not start any domestic hot water high-speed
charge while the screed heating program is running.
NOTICE
If the temperatures in the heating system are
greater than the setpoint temperature of the rst
ow temperature level, start the screed heating
program with the next highest ow temperature
level. Otherwise the screed heating program can
trigger an error message in the rst ow tempera-
ture level.
