The screen changes to the menu “Enter serial
number”…
Enter the serial number of the heat pump…
NOTICE
A connection with the remote maintenance server
is only possible if the serial number of your heat
pump is correctly entered.
The heat pump serial number can be found on the
rating plate attached to the housing of the heat
pump.
Save settings. Thereupon, the connection with the
remote maintenance server will be checked…
If errors occur during the checking of the connection,
a corresponding warning will appear on the screen of
heating and heat pump regulator:

manual data transfer
In the “Remote maintenance” menu select the menu
item “Manual data transfer”.
A connection with the remote maintenance server will
be created and the data will be transferred…
If connection problems arise, the following message will
appear on the screen…
