The display remains
black
No power supply
Switch on the main switch QB1 and check
the supply voltage (while adhering to the
safety instructions in Chapter 1)
No communication
from the backend
No connection via
Ethernet or mobile
network
Check the Ethernet network connection
(-XF1) and verify that the SIM cards are
correctly inserted in the corresponding slots.
Connect to the web interface for further error
localization. Start the charging station in
diagnostic mode and use the diagnostic tool
for further error localization.
Charging not possible
Error in the
configuration of the
charging station
Start the charging station in diagnostic mode
and use the diagnostic tool for further error
localization.
