Check and replace filter mats if
necessary
Checking for integrity and contamination
Review of protective measures
• Visual inspection of the earthing system
• Test earthing resistance
• Test continuity of the equipotential bonding connections
Check the supply line (only if there
is no IBN protocol)
• Check the insulation resistance at the main switch (mains
side)
• Information on the existing protective device
• Verification that the prospective short-circuit current I

Check the insulation resistance of
the DC charging outlets
Check the insulation resistance of the pins for each existing DC
charging outlet
Check overvoltage protection
Check the optical defect display of the overvoltage protection
Check main switch
Functional test of the main switch QB1
Check RFID reader
Functional test of the RFID reader
Check connectivity of SIM cards
• Check the connection to the alpitronic backend
• Check the connection to the customer backend
Check display elements
• Functional check of screen display + touch screen
• Functional test of the screen display and, if applicable, the
touchscreen of the credit card terminal (if available)
Check LED strips
• Functional test of LED strips on the front door
Quality check / check of compo-
nents relevant to calibration law (if
available)
• Nameplate
• Cabling relevant to calibration law
• Adhesive seal
• Detached display units relevant to calibration law
• Recalibration of measuring devices that are compliant with
calibration law
• If necessary, functional tests including accuracy tests

Notice
In order to be able to continue to use the contractually stipulated warranty
period, the corresponding digital maintenance protocol log must be
completed on hyperdoc and sent to alpitronic.

The warranty claim can expire if the maintenance work is not carried out
properly.
