Patient monitor User’s manual
Chapter 1-1
Chapter 1 General Introduction
The monitor is intended to be used for monitoring, displaying, reviewing,
storing and alarming of multiple physiological parameters of adult, pediatric
and neonatal, including ECG, ST segment analysis, arrhythmia analysis, Heart
Rate (HR), Respiration Rate (RR), Temperature(Temp), Pulse Oxygen
Saturation(SpO
2
), Pulse Rate(PR), Non-invasive Blood Pressure(NIBP),
Invasive Blood Pressure(IBP), Impedance Cardiograph(ICG), Cardiac output
(C.O.) ,Carbon dioxide(CO
2
), Nitrous oxide(N
2
O), Cerebral State Index (CSI),
Bispectral Index (BIS) ,Total Hemoglobin(SpHb), Carboxyhemoglobin(SpCO)
and Methemoglobin(SpMet) .
Both Impedance Cardiograph (ICG), ST segment analysis and Cardiac
output(C.O.)monitoring are for adults only.
The following functions are not applicable to neonates: Cerebral State
Index(CSI) and Bispectral Index (BIS) monitoring, as well as monitoring of Total
Hemoglobin (SpHb), Carboxyhemoglobin (SpCO), and Methemoglobin
(SpMet).
The EMS module, which including ECG, Respiration rate, pulse rate, heart
rate, SpO2, NIBP, IBP and temperature parameters, is suitable for use during
transferring a patient.
Warning:The monitor is intended for use only by clinical professionals
or under their guidance. It must only be used by persons
who have received adequate training in its use. Anyone
unauthorized or untrained must not perform any operations
