1.3 Measurement Modules
The monitor can support the following modules:
EMS: Emergency Mobile Server, it is a multifunction measurement
module with LCD, it can simultaneously monitor ECG, Resp, SpO
2
, PR,
Temp, NIBP, IBP.
MPS: Multi-parameters Server, it is a Multi-parameters measurement
module without LCD, it can simultaneously monitor ECG, Resp, SpO
2
,
PR, Temp, NIBP, IBP.
IBP module: The monitor can support eight channels of IBP measurement,
including 2 IBP in EMS and 6 IBP in 3 single IBP module.
Temp module: The monitor can support eight channels of Temp
measurement, including 2 Temp in EMS and 6 Temp in 3 single Temp
module.
SpO
2
module: Nellcor SpO
2
module, Masimo SpO
2
module.
CO2 module: Mainstream CO2 module, sidestream CO2 module and
microstream CO2 module.
AG module: Mainstream AG module and sidestream AG module.
ICG module: Impedance cardiography measurement module.
C.O. module: Cardiac output module.
CSM module: Cerebral State monitoring module.
BIS module: Bispectral index module.
Under the condition of maximum configuration, the monitor is equipped
with one 1-slot plug-in box and one 3-slot plug-in box. Because different
measurement modules occupy different amount of slots, hence the amount
of plug-in modules on the monitor may vary.
1.3.1 Plug and unplug module
The monitor supports hot plug of all modules. That is, you can plug in or
pull out a module when the power of the monitor has not been shut off.
Plug in and pull out of EMS/MPS
—— Plug in EMS/MPS: make an EMS/MPS point to the position of the
EMS/MPS slot and push it into the slot until the lug boss for location on
the back of EMS/MPS can snap in the buckle on the slot.
—— Pull out EMS/MPS: push down the buckle on the slot, then pull out the
