c. Setting Wave Scale
Select Scale upturn or downturn to choose an appropriate setup.
You can choose from:

d. Zeroing the Pressure Transducer

Turn off patient stopcock (3-way stopcock 2) before you start zeroing.
2The transducer must be vented to atmospheric pressure before zeroing.
3 The transducer should be placed at the same level with the patient
heart, approximately mid-axially line.
4Enter the main menu. SelectModule SetupIBP1 Setup or
IBP2 SetupselectZero Cal.to start zeroing.
5 Wait 3s for the zeroing procedure end and the pressure value that is
displayed on screen will approximately return to zero.
6After completing zero, close the stopcock to atmospheric pressure, and
open the stopcock to the patient.

and monitoring steps turn to Chapter 12: Section 12.7.

19.6.1 Setting Alarm Volume
Enter the main menu, selectSystem SetupAlarm Volume, set its
value according to your need.
Caution: When Alarm Volume is set to Closeand the alarm
conditions appear, the module wont touch off sound
alarm. If you want the sound alarm, please be sure the
setup ofAlarm Volumecorrect.
