contrary, longer average time leads to slower module response and higher
measurement precision when a patient’s SpO

value varies. For a critically ill
person, short average time should be designed for facilitating timely disease
analysis. You may set response mode as per the following method.

(2) Nellcor SpO
2

When using Nellcor SpO
2
module, You may need to do the following
operations in the SpO
2
Setupmenu except the settings in 10.5.1.
a. Setting Average time
Select Average time to choose an appropriate value. You can choose
fromFast,Medium.
b. Setting C-LOCK Switch
To provide more reliable saturation measurements in a high motion
environment, an ECG (R-wave) signal can be used as a time reference to
identify the pulse and synchronize saturation measurements. C-LOCK ECG
synchronization enhances performance while maintaining rapid response time.
When the patient is in moving or with low perfusion under the normal
ECG monitoring, You can set C-CLOKtoOn.

module setup
When using masimo SpO
2
module, You may need to do the following
operations in the SpO
2
Setupmenu except the settings in 10.5.1.
a. Setting Average time
Select Average time to choose an appropriate value. You can choose
from2-4Second,4-6Second,8Second,10Second,12Second,
14Second
,
16Second
.
b. Setting Sensitivity Mode
You can set sensitivity mode of Masimo SpO
2
module according to use
