Insert the rubber buffer (6).
•
Insert the spring guide support ring (5),
noting the internal milling allowing the
spring guide retainer ring to be instal-
led against the support ring.
•
Insert the spring guide retainer ring (4).
•
Insert the spring guide (3).
•
Insert the spring guide retainer ring (1)
•
Insert the spring guide support ring (2),
noting the internal milling allowing the
spring guide retainer ring to be instal-
led against the support ring.
•
Insert the pumping member pin unit.
•
Use the Öhlins tool to tighten the
pumping member pin fixing ring nut to
40 Nm (29.50 lbf ft).
•
Install the following components on the
wheel holder stanchion (1) in the order
given: dust gaiter (3), retainer ring (4)
and oil seal (5).
