The encoder module is only provided with a bidirectional, synchronous-serial EnDat
®
-in-
terface via the position data and parameters with a data rate of max. 8 MBit/s are ex-
changed between control electronics and encoder. 
Some encoders are listed in ZEncoder modules slot/position A and B– on page 123. 
All encoders, which comply to the following technical specifications, may also be used:
Power supply 8 V DC, stabilized to +5 V at the encoder
Permitted current input max. 250 mA
