Check Valve Clearance
Remark
○Valve clearance can be checked and adjusted only when the
engine is cooled (to the indoor temperature).
●Removal:
Remove the seat (see “Disassembling Seat” in “Frame” chapter),
Remove the fuel tank (see “Disassembling Fuel Tank” in “Fuel Tank”
chapter),
●Disassemble the mounting bolt [A] and remove the cylinder cover
[B]
Please check the damaged or distorted rubber gasket [A],
especially around the spark plug. If the rubber gasket is
damaged, replace it with a new one.
